Direct Client Interview – Chennai | 30 December 2025

Project Overview

A reputed Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi is urgently hiring skilled professionals for long-term and short-term contracts. The project offers competitive salaries, free food & accommodation, and overtime benefits.

LONG-TERM REQUIREMENT (2 YEARS CONTRACT)

1. Piping Foreman

Salary: AED 3,200

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise piping installation, fabrication, and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with engineers, welders, and fitters to ensure project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas safety and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret piping drawings and isometrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCC experience in Oil & Gas projects.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

2. Pipe Fabricator

Salary: AED 1,800

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate pipes as per drawings and specifications.
  • Perform cutting, bending, and fitting operations.
  • Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • GCC Oil & Gas experience mandatory.
  • Ability to read fabrication drawings.

3. Pipe Fitter

Salary: AED 1,600

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install piping systems.
  • Align pipes and fittings accurately.
  • Assist in pressure testing and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Relevant GCC Oil & Gas experience.
  • Knowledge of tools and safety practices.

SHORT-TERM REQUIREMENT (3 MONTHS CONTRACT)

1. Structural Foreman

Salary: AED 3,200

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise structural fabrication and erection works.
  • Manage workforce and daily site activities.
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance.

2. Pipe Fabricator (Jacket Fabrication)

Salary: AED 1,800

Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication of jackets as per Oil & Gas project standards.
  • Follow approved drawings and welding procedures.

3. Pipe Fabricator

Salary: AED 1,800

Responsibilities:

  • Pipe fabrication for structural and piping works.
  • Maintain quality and productivity.

4. Pipe Fitter (Jacket Fabrication)

Salary: AED 1,600

Responsibilities:

  • Fit and assemble pipes for jacket structures.
  • Support fabrication and installation teams.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • GCC Experience in Oil & Gas is Mandatory
  • Duty Hours: 8 Hours + Overtime
