• Superintendent – Insulation / Painting: AED 8,000 – 10,000
• Superintendent – Scaffolding: AED 8,000 – 10,000
• Engineer – Planning (Mechanical): AED 8,000 – 10,000
• Inspector – QA/QC (Painting & Insulation): AED 5,500 – 6,500
• Inspector – QA/QC (Scaffolding): AED 5,500 – 6,500
• Supervisor – Insulation: AED 5,500
• Supervisor – Scaffolding: AED 5,500
• Coordinator – Material: AED 5,500
• Document Controller: AED 3,000
• Project Coordinator: AED 8,000
• Foreman – Scaffolding: AED 3,500
• Surveyor – Quantity (Scaffolding): AED 6,500 – 7,000
• Store Keeper: AED 3,500
• Chargehand – Scaffolding: AED 1,800 + OT
• Scaffolder: AED 1,200 + OT

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise assigned activities as per project requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and quality guidelines
• Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and supervisors for smooth project execution
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and quality control as applicable to the role
• Support timely completion of industrial and oil & gas projects

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Relevant technical qualification: Degree / Diploma / ITI / Trade Certificate (as per role)
• Minimum GCC Oil & Gas experience is mandatory
• Preference given to candidates with experience in major EPC or Oil & Gas companies
• Strong hands-on experience in industrial projects
• Good knowledge of safety standards, procedures, and industry best practices
