Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
  • 5 to 8 years of Testing & Commissioning experience in substations
  • Strong knowledge of 132 / 220 / 380 kV (AIS / GIS)
  • Experience with relay testing (Omicron / ABB / Siemens)
  • Ability to read SLD, logic, and protection diagrams
  • SEC / NG project experience preferred

Job Title: Electrical Technician (High Voltage Substation)

We are hiring skilled Electrical Technicians with experience in high-voltage substation projects, particularly up to 380 kV.

Interview Details

  • Location: Chennai

Requirements

  • Diploma / ITI in Electrical or related technical field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in High-Voltage Substations (132 kV, 220 kV, 380 kV)
  • Knowledge of both GIS and AIS equipment
  • Hands-on experience with transformers, switchgear, CB, CT, PT & cable termination
  • Ability to read Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and electrical drawings
  • Strong safety knowledge, including LOTO & safe earthing practices
  • Prior Gulf experience preferred
