Available Positions & Salary Range (OMR)

Management & Senior Roles

• Project Manager — 1200 to 1800 OMR
• Construction Manager — 1000 to 1500 OMR
• Project Engineer — 800 to 1000 OMR

Engineering Roles

• Road Engineer — 450 to 650 OMR
• Civil Engineers — 350 to 450 OMR
• Mechanical Engineer — 350 to 450 OMR
• Electrical Engineer — 450 to 600 OMR
• Bridge Engineer — 650 to 800 OMR
• Traffic Engineer — 550 to 650 OMR
• Site Engineer (Building) — 300 to 400 OMR
• Quantity Surveyor — 500 to 750 OMR
• Material Engineer — 500 to 700 OMR

Technical & Site Roles

• Safety Officer — 300 to 450 OMR
• Land Surveyor — 300 to 400 OMR
• Logistic Incharge — 300 to 400 OMR
• Civil Foreman — 200 to 250 OMR
• Electrical Foremen — 200 to 250 OMR
• Draughtsman — 350 to 450 OMR

General Job Responsibilities (Applicable Across Roles)

• Execute tasks based on project plans, technical specifications, and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, ensure timely completion, and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, drawings, BOQs, or site updates depending on the role.
• Resolve technical issues, provide solutions, and support problem-solving on site.
• Work on infrastructure-related projects such as roads, utilities, culverts, stormwater drainage, and bridge works.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory for all engineering roles).
• 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, civil construction, or road & utility projects.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, site management, and technical specifications.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Gulf standards and safety regulations (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.
