General Responsibilities

• Execute duties as per company standards, technical guidelines, and safety rules.
• Support project operations including workshop, site, fabrication, machining, fittings, welding, or electrical tasks as applicable.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance with industry specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and team members for smooth workflow.
• Follow occupational health and safety protocols strictly.
• Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools and machinery.
• Manage documentation or technical reports if required (QA/QC, planning, inspection roles).

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI/Degree in relevant field (for technical & engineering roles).
• Minimum 2–10 years of experience in industrial, fabrication, workshop, oil & gas, EPC, or construction sectors (based on position).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Oman License required for Forklift Operator.
• Specialized courses/approvals mandatory for certain roles (e.g., CSWIP for Welding Inspector, Primavera for Planning Engineer).

Salary Details

• Skilled Positions: 120 to 150 OMR
• Helper Level: 70 to 90 OMR
• Engineering/Foreman Roles: Salary Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
